Please be advised that Hunter Western Hornets will be holding their 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 27 September 2022. Note the 2022 AGM will be held online via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 7pm (please refer to Part A attachment below for details).

All completed forms below must be completed and return to admin@hornetstouch.com.au by 13 September 2022.

Board/Executive positions to be declared vacant include Administration Director and Finance Director (please see Part F above for nomination form). Positions are to be voted on by eligible members attending the meeting and both positions are for a 2 year term.

The position of Regional Director will also be declared vacant and suitable candidates are encouraged to apply.

Non-Executive General Committee roles are reviewed annually. Positions will be appointed by the Executive Committee following the AGM with nominations for positions closing on 27 September 2022. The success of our region depends on the assistance of wonderful volunteers within our touch community. We would encourage any of our members to consider nominating for any of the above roles or getting in contact to discuss any assistance you can provide.
