Please be advised that Hunter Western Hornets will be holding their 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 30 September 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2020 AGM will be held online via Zoom, commencing at 7pm (please refer to Part A attachment below for zoom details).

All completed forms below must be completed and return to by 15 September 2020.

Board/Executive positions to be declared vacant include Assistant Regional Director and Finance Director (please see Part F above for nomination form). Positions are to be voted on by members attending the meeting and both positions are for a 2 year term.

Committee positions to be declared vacant include Junior Director, Tournament Director, Director of Referees, Director of Selectors, High Performance Director, Judiciary Chair/Hearings & Grievance Officer, Media & Communications Manager, Merchandise & Uniform Officer (all 2 year terms) as well as Public Officer (1 year term).
