Please be advised that Hunter Western Hornets will be holding their 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 30 September 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2020 AGM will be held online via Zoom, commencing at 7pm (please refer to Part A attachment below for zoom details).
All completed forms below must be completed and return to admin@hornetstouch.com.au by 15 September 2020.

Board/Executive positions to be declared vacant include Assistant Regional Director and Finance Director (please see Part F above for nomination form). Positions are to be voted on by members attending the meeting and both positions are for a 2 year term.
Committee positions to be declared vacant include Junior Director, Tournament Director, Director of Referees, Director of Selectors, High Performance Director, Judiciary Chair/Hearings & Grievance Officer, Media & Communications Manager, Merchandise & Uniform Officer (all 2 year terms) as well as Public Officer (1 year term). Please see Part G above for nomination form. Positions are to be voted on by members attending the meeting. Other committee positions currently vacant include Tournament Assistant, Tour Leader, Players Representative and Tour Managers Coordinator.
