The weather was exceptional, only second to the quality of touch footy that was played at this years Hornets Championships. 

Over the course of the tournament we saw 12 affiliates competing, over 120 games being played in Maitland.

“This weekend was yet another wonderful success”, said Tournament Director, Karen Davies. 

“This event is a perfect opportunity for teams from across the region to have a good hit out, and prepare themselves for Country Champs and State Cup, later in the year.”

“We’re extremely proud of the quality of tournament we deliver. It’s a credit to all those affiliates for supporting this event and ensuring its high quality year after year.”
